Register Swimming Pool Or Spa

To improve the safety of pools and spa's, the Victorian regulations changed on 1 December 2019. From this date, property owners are required to register their pools or spa's with their local council by 1 June 2020.

I/We the undersigned, hereby apply to register a swimming pool or spa under the provisions of the Building Act 1993 & Building Regulations 2018 the Premises described hereunder to ALPINE RESORTS VICTORIA trading as FALLS CREEK ALPINE RESORT ('FCAR') for the year commencing 1 May 2020.
