- Available to those performing at an advertised public event held by a Resort permitted business
- Permits will only be issued for the day/night of the performance
- Australian Professional Snowsports Instructors
- Available to officials/coaches/examiners participating in training courses and official events, capped to five for any one period
- Ski race officials;
- For approved events only
- Applications for resort entry will only be considered if made by the organising committee
- Maximum four resort entry permits per event
- Trades and service people
- Emergency repairs upon request by a property/lease owner
- Essential service vehicles as listed above, where a short term pass is more appropriate than an annual pass
- Government officials visiting a resort on official business
- Local Shire Rangers or Health Officers on official business
- Military officers in a resort for formal military training
- Chaplains, ministers or priests conducted pre-arranged religious services.
- Holders of Season Permits when their permitted vehicle is not in a driveable condition. ARV will request proof of the vehicle condition through mechanics report, insurance claim or similar.
- Vehicles arriving after 4:30pm and departing before midnight on the same day who can show a driving license with a local address postcode of
