Terms and Conditions:

1. The Falls Creek Road 24 season permit entitles the nominated vehicle (car only) to be parked at the area known as ‘Road 24’, four kilometres below the Falls Creek village and opposite the Howman’s Gap resort entry station. 

This permit does not carry any entitlements to Resort Entry parking elsewhere within Falls Creek Alpine Resort

2. Road 24 Season Permits are only available to current full time employees of businesses operating within Falls Creek Alpine Resort. Persons seeking access to a Road 24 Season Permit will be required to produce written confirmation of such employment on the business letterhead of their employer and signed by the business owner or other authorised representative. 

3. Vehicles issued with a Road 24 Season Permit are required to be parked in the designated parking as signed. 

 4. Road 24 is not cleared of snow on a regular basis and Falls Creek Resort Management staff and equipment are not available to provide any assistance for vehicles seeking to enter or exit the Road 24 parking area. 

 5. Shuttle transport to and from Road 24 is available at designated times only. Access outside these times require permit holders to make their own arrangements. 

6. Road 24 Season Permits relate to a specific vehicle. The registration number on the permit must not be altered. The permit is not transferable and if a breach of this condition is observed the permit may be withdrawn. The permit must be permanently affixed to the nominated vehicle immediately after issue. The permit must be clearly visible and affixed to the right hand bottom corner of the front windscreen. 

7. All signs must be obeyed at all times 

 8. Vehicles must not be left in any position that would cause an obstruction. 

9. The directions of Falls Creek Resort Management authorised officers must be obeyed at all times 

10. Any relevant conditions of the Alpine Resorts (Management) Regulations 2020 or Falls Creek Alpine Resort Policies, as varied from time to time, must be observed at all times. 

11. Where a vehicle with a Falls Creek Road 24 Permit is sold, damaged or the windscreen broken, the permit must be removed and the parts (especially the permit number) returned to Falls Creek Alpine Resort Office for issue of a replacement. Permits are not subject to a refund in such an event. A replacement permit will only be issued to a vehicle registered in the same name as the original permit and proof of ownership via registration papers must be produced. A replacement fee of $30.00 will apply

12. Personal Information collected from your Road 24 Staff permit application form is used for reference purposes only. It is not provided or available to any other party. 

13. By accepting this permit, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by the above conditions. 

 14. Road 24 Staff permit are subject to the terms and conditions for Falls Creek Resort Entry Season Permits as stipulated www.fallscreek.com.au/termsconditions. 

15. Road 24 staff permits are free to eligible persons.

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE ABOVE CONDITIONS. FURTHERMORE, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT FALLS CREEK ALPINE RESORT, INCLUDING ITS SERVANTS AND AGENTS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED TO ANY VEHICLE, OR ITS CONTENTS EXCEPT WHERE CAUSED BY FCAR’S OR ITS SERVANTS’ OR AGENTS’ NEGLIGENCE. I WILL INFORM FCAR IMMEDIATELY SHOULD ANY CHANGE IN MY CIRCUMSTANCES OCCUR WHICH AFFECTS MY ELIGIBILITY FOR THIS PERMIT.
