IMPORTANT CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

1. The Falls Creek Resident Permit is avaliable to residents privately owned registered cars only (less than 10 seating capacity). It entitles the nominated vehicle to resort entry and parking during the declared Snow Season for the relevant year and village access during other village closures throughout the year. This permit will expire at midnight 31st May of each year.
2. Falls Creek Resident permit relate to a specific vehicle. The registration number on the permit must not be altered. The permit is not transferable and if a breach of this condition is observed the permit may be withdrawn. The permit must be permanently affixed to the nominated vehicle immediately after issue. The permit must be clearly visible and affixed to the right hand bottom corner of the front windscreen.
3. The Falls Creek Resident permit entitles the nominated vehicle to overnight car parkingin the designated carpark. Resident permit holders must not park in any area which is prioritised for visitors use.
4. Where a vehicle with a Resident permit is sold, damaged or the windscreen broken, the permit must be removed and the parts (especially the permit number) returned to Falls Creek Resort Alpine Resort Office for issue of a replacement. A replacement permit will only be issued to a vehicle registered in the same name as the original pass and proof of ownership via registration papers must be produced. A replacement fee of $30.00 will apply.
5. This permit must be fixed to the lower driver’s side of the front windscreen of the resident vehicle. The Permit remains the property of the supplier, is not transferable and cannot be resold. It is valid only for the date’s shown. No replacement will be given if permit is lost.
6. The resident/user shall comply with the Alpine Responsibility Code and signs or other directions of the supplier and the permit may be suspended or cancelled and access to lifts, services and other facilities including access to the Falls Creek Alpine Resort Crown Land Reserve denied at the absolute discretion of the supplier for noncompliance or for reckless or careless conduct.
7. All signs must be obeyed at all times
8. Vehicles must not be left in any position that would cause an obstruction.
9. The directions of Falls Creek Alpine Resort authorised officers must be obeyed at all times.
10. Any relevant conditions of the Alpine Resorts (Management) Regulations 2020 or FallsCreek Alpine Resort policies, as varied from time to time, must be observed at all times.
11. Personal information collected from your Resort Entry Permit application form is used for reference purposes only. It is not provided or available to any other party.
12. By accepting this pass, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by theabove conditions.

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE ABOVE CONDITIONS.
FURTHERMORE, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT FALLS CREEK ALPINE RESORT, INCLUDING ITS SERVANTS AND AGENTS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED TO ANY VEHICLE, OR ITS CONTENTS EXCEPT WHERE CAUSED BY FCAR’S OR ITS SERVANTS’ OR AGENTS’ NEGLIGENCE. I WILL INFORM FCAR IMMEDIATELY SHOULD ANY CHANGE IN MY CIRCUMSTANCES OCCUR WHICH AFFECTS MY ELIGIBILITY FOR THIS PERMIT.
