Terms and conditions:

1. The Falls Creek Loading Zone Permit entitles the nominated vehicle to resort entry at Falls Creek Alpine Resort during the Declared Snow Season for the relevant year for the sole purpose of delivering or collecting freight items.

2. Vehicles issued with a Loading Zone Permit may park in designated loading zone or staging areas within the Resort for periods up to the times nominated on loading zone parking bay signs. Under no circumstances does this permit allow the vehicle to be parked and left unattended.

3. Loading Zone Permits relate to a specific vehicle. The registration number on the permit must not be altered. The permit is not transferable and if a breach of this condition is observed the permit may be withdrawn. The permit must be permanently affixed to the nominated vehicle immediately after issue. The permit must be clearly visible and affixed to the right hand bottom corner of the front windscreen.

5. Where a vehicle with a Falls Creek Loading Zone Permit is sold, damaged or the windscreen broken, the permit must be removed and the parts (especially the permit number) returned to Falls Creek Alpine Resort Office for issue of a replacement. Permits are not subject to a refund in such an event. A replacement permit will only be issued to a vehicle registered in the same name as the original permit and proof of ownership via registration papers must be produced. A replacement fee of $30.00 will apply.

6. All signs must be observed at all times.

7. Vehicles must not be left in any position that would cause an obstruction.

8. Any relevant conditions of The Alpine Resorts (Management) Regulations 2020 or Falls Creek Alpine Resorts Managment Board policies, as varied from time to time, must be observed at all times.

9. Personal Information collected from your Loading Zone permit application form is used for reference purposes only. It is not provided or available to any other party.

10. By accepting this permit, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by the above conditions.

FURTHERMORE, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT FALLS CREEK ALPINE RESORT, INCLUDING ITS SERVANTS AND AGENTS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED TO ANY VEHICLE, OR ITS CONTENTS EXCEPT WHERE CAUSED BY FCAR’S OR ITS SERVANTS’ OR AGENTS’ NEGLIGENCE. I WILL INFORM FCAR IMMEDIATELY SHOULD ANY CHANGE IN MY CIRCUMSTANCES OCCUR WHICH AFFECTS MY ELIGIBILITY FOR THIS PERMIT.
